Workshops

The following topics are available for Serena to teach:

The Art of Changing Consciousness in Accordance with your Will
The courses I teach are all basically aspects of the same topic: developing our selves, our awareness, our consciousness. I teach in whatever form best suits your needs - a two- hour class through to a week long course.
"One needs to still the body to see, hear, reveal the mind;
one needs to still the mind to see, hear, reveal the soul."

Mental Development Techniques
This is a sampler of various different methods available for training the mind, from techniques for opening the channels between our conscious and subconscious minds to higher levels of meditation. For anyone interested in any form of spiritual, psychic, magical or shamanic development, these exercises are an essential grounding. Techniques taught include: yoga nidhra, pathworking, visualisation, breath awareness, meditation, mindfulness, creative imagination, hypnotic regression and out-of-body experiences.

Dream Group
In this group we learn how to understand our dreams using various methods such as Gestalt and Jungian. Then we work with them so as to enhance our personal self-development, expand our creativity, and connect with our inner wisdom and spiritual guides.

Parapsychology
Parapsychology is the scientific study of psychic phenomena and is extremely relevant for today, as it help to "earth" the spiritual renaissance that is happening. Topics covered include: Telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, psychokinesis, channelling, ghosts, poltergeists, out-of-body and near-death experiences, dowsing, healing, altered states, shamanism, magic, UFOs, philosophical understanding of psi, and Earth Mysteries. All of these subjects can also be individual talks. I have an extensive slide collection.

Yoga and Meditation
In these classes the system of Swami Satyananda Saraswati is taught. Each class consists of relaxation, asanas, pranayama and meditation.
